The client sourced multiple Vortex Titan Slide Gates (TSGs) to facilitate the bagging of material. In the client’s process, slag is created through a crushing, processing and sizing process. Then, the different grades of slag are segregated into multiple bins. The Vortex gates are installed beneath each bin and are responsible for opening to direct materials into a portable bagger. Once bagged, the slag is prepared for shipment via flatbed trailer.
