Results:
This spout is set up to address environmental dust pollution from open truck loading. A Dust Control Skirt encompasses the peak of the material pile while a vacuum transports fugitive dust into a separate collector. A level sensing probe on the outside of the skirt tilts as the material pile grows. With each tilt, an Auto-Raise System sends a signal to the spout motor to gradually retract the spout. When the spout reaches a preset retraction height, a signal is sent to shut down material flow. This feature eliminates the need for visual monitoring and avoids truck overfilling.
