Vortex Global designed, fabricated, and shipped the largest Aero-Bin Bottom in company history. Built to fluidize and discharge stucco from a large-diameter storage silo, this custom-engineered unit, Model No. VABB120-1B20R-E128420, features an overall diameter of 120 inches and a height of 18 inches. Constructed from A-36 mild steel with 100% needled polyester air flow media supported by open steel grating, it combines a full-bore silo outlet with a porous aeration bed to facilitate consistent, gravity-assisted material flow. Additional features include a 10-foot bin bottom transition matching the customer’s specific silo flange pattern and an angle of decline engineered at 8 degrees. The unit operates efficiently with 770 SCFM air requirements at 6 PSI, powered solely by a single electrical source.
