2-WAY STRAIGHT LEG PIVOTING CHUTE DIVERTER

• 16" (400mm) 2-way Pivoting Chute Diverter.
• Valve body (non-wetted) is constructed of 304 stainless steel.  
• Inlet chute and internal pivoting chute (both replaceable parts) constructed of 304 stainless steel.
• Outlet chutes and the bottom portion of the diverter (material contact areas) are constructed from 304 stainless steel.  
• The interior juncture of the outlet legs includes a wear-resistant, replaceable bar constructed from 304 stainless steel.  
• Removable access cover is provided to inspect or maintain diverter without removing it from service.  
• Diverter is rated for continuous temperatures up to 400°F (204°C).
• Double acting air cylinder actuator.
• Square inlet and outlets have a drilled flat flange for bolt through connection.
• (SL) - Straight through flow design, with one offset leg.
• Outlet legs offset 55° from vertical.    
• ENGINEERED OPTIONS (V178228) - PIVOTING CHUTE WITH 304 STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL CONTACT. THE DIVERTER DOES NOT CONTAIN LINERS. DIVERTER DESIGNED TO BE INSTALLED AT A 35° ANGLE WITH THE OFFSET LEG STRAIGHT DOWN. OFFSET LEG DESIGN AT 55° FROM STRAIGHT LEG. DIVERTER CHUTE REMOVAL ASSISTANCE DEVICE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN DESIGN. ACTUATOR ARM INCLUDES A POSITION INDICATION ARROW. USING CUSTOMER PROVIDED FISHER 481 YOKELESS PISTON ACTUATOR AND DVC6215-DA-HCGTX POSITIONAL SENSOR. VALVE TO HAVE LIFTING LUGS PER CUSTOMER MARK UPS AND TO BE WELDED BY ASME CERTIFIED WELDER.

• 10" 2-Way Seal Tite Gravity Diverter  
• Valve body and blade are 304 stainless steel.  
• Removable access cover is provided to service or clean interior while valve remains in service.  
• Material contact is 304 stainless steel, polymer, and rubber.  
• Double acting air cylinder actuator
• (SL) - Straight through flow design, with one offset leg
• Outlet leg(s) offset 45° from vertical
• Square inlet and outlets have a drilled flat flange for bolt through connection.
• (KS) - Valve is rated for 180˚F(82˚C) maximum continuous service.  
• Valve has polyurethane blade seal and PET blade shaft seal backed with live loaded silicone sponge rubber.  
• Enhanced shaft seal and pivot spacer is PET.  
• External shaft seal is silicone rubber.
