Application:
These electric actuated valves are being used to introduce sulfur pellets into the inlet of a furnace. They were chosen due to the higher temperatures present in one section of the sugar refining process.
Features: The Vortex Titan Pressure Valve addresses higher temperatures, higher pressures, and/or highly abrasive applications.
The “rising blade” design offers a dust tight seal across the blade and to atmosphere. Additionally, the blade actuates within the valve body so there are no external pinch points to create employee safety issues.
