Challenge: A key player in the Italian pet food market had a messy and expensive clean up operation scheduled every Saturday to clear away leakage below eight silos. They sought to eliminate weekly maintenance downtime, which exhausted a day’s worth of labor.

Results: 

The client sourced Vortex Roller Gates for their dust-tight seal. The dual-cylinder design was selected to save space. The gates have already made an enormous difference in the factory's production line.
