How Industrial Wood Pellet Stokers Work

At the core of an industrial wood pellet stoker lies a combustion chamber, equipped with a feeding system that automatically supplies a regulated amount of wood pellets into the firebox. The combustion process is facilitated by controlled airflow, ensuring optimal burning conditions. As the pellets ignite, they release energy in the form of heat. This heat is harnessed to generate hot air, hot water, or steam, depending on the specific application.

• Heavy duty valve body is carbon steel channel with an abrasion resistant AR235 carbon steel blade.  
• Material contact is carbon steel, polymer, and rubber.  
• Valve can accommodate bellows to protect actuator shaft on linear actuation options.
• Manual handwheel actuator with LH acme threads.  (5 revolutions per inch of travel)
• (HT6) - Valve is rated for 550°F(287°C) continuous service, 600°F intermittent service.  
• Side seals, end seal, and upper bonnet seal are bronze.  
• Valve also includes 304 stainless steel and bronze slide rollers.  
• Roller spacers and bonnet blade guides are bronze.  
• Double acting air cylinder has Viton seals.
