This 12” Quantum Orifice Gate is equipped with custom flanged spool adapters that set the valve at a 15° angle. The access door was fabricated into the spool piece to allow for washout of the system after the lot is complete. The door also serves as a maintenance/inspection hatch. A proximity switch senses if the door is open or closed.
