Application:
Feed from a rotary valve and silo above the diverter and then into three positive pressure lines. This is the largest Flex Tube Diverter Vortex has designed that is fully ATEX rated (including the hose assembly). The material being handled in this application is microcrystalline cellulose, a fluffy powder.
This Flex Tube Diverter features a 304 stainless steel body with 316 stainless steel material contact areas. Additionally, material contact components are 2B (32RA) finished. The valve includes 150# ANSI flanges on both the inlets and outlets. The air cylinder is epoxy coated with A2 stainless steel fasteners.
