Equipment Descriptions and Pictures:

2-WAY STRAIGHT LEG WYE LINE DIVERTER:

Vortex Model No. DRX-2CS-SL-MG-PET, X"  Quantum Series Wye Line Diverter Valve.  Aluminum valve body with live loaded, wear compensating seals with a 304 stainless steel blade.  Inlet and outlet weldments are constructed from carbon steel.  Material contact is carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and polymer.

• Double acting air cylinder actuator

• (PET) - Valve is rated for 180˚F(82˚C) maximum continuous service.  PET pressure plates are backed with a foam void filler and live loaded natural rubber load seals.

• (SL) - Inlet has a straight through conveying line design for easier "in line" installation of multiple diverters.  The STRAIGHT WYE LINE DIVERTER is recommended when conveying primarily through one line, or when handling abrasive material.   Inlet and Outlet has tube stubs for compression coupling connection.

• (MG) - Air cylinder is equipped with a magno-piston for use with magnetic reed position indication switches.

ROLLER GATE:

Vortex Model No. SAXXV1, XX" Roller Gate Valve.  Valve body is 6061-T6 aluminum with a 304 stainless steel blade and seal retainers.  Material contact is 304 stainless steel and polymer.   Milled access slots in side frame allows removal and replacement of bonnet seals while the gate valve remains in service.  Valve body is modified to accept proximity switches (plugged if indication switches are not utilized).

• Oversized double acting air cylinder actuator equipped with a magno-piston for use with magnetic reed position indication switches.

• Valve is rated for 180˚F(82˚C) maximum continuous service.  PET side seals and upper and lower bonnet seals are live loaded and silicone rubber backed.  Valve also includes cam-adjustable slide rollers and PET roller spacers.  End seal and bonnet blade guides are UHMW-PE.

4-WAY WYE LINE DIVERTER:

Vortex Model No. DRX-4CS-MG-PET, X" 4-Way Quantum Series Wye Line Diverter Valve.  Aluminum valve body with live loaded, wear compensating seals with a 304 stainless steel blade.  Inlet and outlet weldments are constructed from carbon steel.  Material contact is carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and polymer.

• Double acting air cylinder actuators

• Inlet and outlet has a "wye" configuration and tube stubs for compression coupling connection.

• (MG) - Air cylinder is equipped with a magno-piston for use with magnetic reed position indication switches.

• (PET) - Valve is rated for 180˚F(82˚C) maximum continuous service.  PET pressure plates are backed with a foam void filler and live loaded natural rubber load seals.
